摘  要:谐振环路背向散射噪声是谐振式光纤陀螺(resonator fiber optic gyroscope, RFOG)系统中的主要光学噪声之一。本文基于谐振环中背向散射噪声对陀螺输出误差影响的理论分析,对比不同调制波形和载波抑制路数的影响,得到最佳方案为三角波双路调制。基于该方案,建立陀螺零偏及零偏稳定性(bias stability, BS)误差与调制电压幅值及噪声关系的理论模型,结合直径0.1 m,光纤总长10 m,精细度24的陀螺参数,得到背向散射噪声导致的陀螺BS对调制电压变化范围与噪声幅值量化指标的需求,为特定精度的陀螺设计奠定误差分配和控制参数设计基础。The backscattering noise of the resonant loop is one of the main optical noises in the resonator fiber optic gyroscope(RFOG) system.Based on the theoretical analysis of the influence of the backscattering noise in the resonant ring on gyro output error, comparing the influence of different modulation waveforms and carrier suppression channels, the best solution is the triangular modulation with dual-channel.Based on this scheme, a theoretical model of the relationship between the gyro bias and bias stability(BS) error with the modulation voltage amplitude and noise is established.Combining the gyro parameters with a diameter of 0.1 m, total fiber length of 10 m and the fineness of 24,the requirements of the gyro zero-BS caused by backscattering noise on modulation voltage variation range and quantitative index of noise amplitude is obtained.It lays the foundation of error distribution and control parameter design for specific precision gyro.
