摘　　要：本文主要介绍了一种中温固化环氧树脂体系的工艺性能和其芳纶纤维织物复合材料力学性能。该中温固化环氧树脂具有良好的韧性、阻燃性和耐热性,其预浸料具有自粘性,制备夹层结构时预浸料可以直接粘接芯材,可与蜂窝或泡沫等芯材直接粘接共固化,夹层结构抗滚筒剥离强度高。其芳纶纤维织物复合材料具有较好的阻燃性能,力学性能和耐热性能。This article mainly introduced the the chnological properties of medium temperature curing epoxy resin system and the properties of aramid fiber fabric composites. The medium temperature cured epoxy resin has good toughness, flame retardancy and heat resistance. Its prepreg has self-adhesive. When preparing sandwich structure, the prepreg can be directly bonded to the core material, and can be directly bonded to the honeycomb or foam core material for curing. The cylinder peeling strength of sandwich structure is high. Its aramid fiber fabric composite has flame retardancy, good mechanical properties and heat resistance.
