摘  要:研究了水性漆的工艺特性,从施工工艺、附着力和VOC含量三个方面,对比分析水性漆/油性漆的差异。结果表明,水性漆施工工艺与油性漆相近,附着力与油性漆基本相同,VOC含量远低于油性漆。水性漆在风电叶片制造过程中的应用,可有效较低油性漆对从业人员的身体危害,减少83%的VOC排放量,安全环保。The process characteristics of water-based paint are studied. From the three aspects of construction process, adhesion and VOC content, compare the differences between water-based paint and oil-based. The results show that the construction process of water-based paint is similar to that of oil-based paint, the adhesion is basically the same as that of oil-based paint, and the VOC content is much lower than that of oil-based paint. The application of water-based paint in the manufacturing process of wind power blades can effectively reduce the physical harm of oily paint to employees, reduce VOC emissions by 83%, and be safe and environmentally friendly.
