摘  要:目的了解2021年山东省玉米籽粒中元素含量水平,评估其健康风险,为山东省玉米的安全生产和健康食用提供基础资料与参考依据。方法对2021年采集的山东省玉米籽粒中Cr、As、Cd等15种元素含量进行测定和分析。采用污染指数和目标危害系数对玉米籽粒中重金属污染状况和健康风险进行调查和评估。结果15种元素在玉米籽粒中皆有检出。山东省玉米籽粒中除Se略有超标(1.3%)外,Cr、As、Cd、Pb、Cu和Hg含量皆未超标。山东省玉米籽粒重金属的综合污染指数为0.694;威海和枣庄玉米籽粒重金属的综合污染指数为0.63和0.70,接近警戒级。摄入玉米籽粒中重金属对暴露人群无明显的健康风险,但威海和烟台玉米籽粒中重金属对儿童的TTHQ值达到0.79,需要引起关注。As为玉米籽粒中具有最大潜在风险的重金属。结论山东玉米籽粒中各元素含量水平无明显异常,建议对玉米籽粒中重金属的污染状况和健康风险进行持续监测与评估。Objective To investigate the content levels and assess health risk of elements in maize kernels of Shandong in 2021,and to provide the basic data and reference for the safe production and healthy edible of maize in Shandong.Methods The contents of 15 elements such as Cr,As and Cd in Shandong maize kernels collected in 2021 were determined and analyzed.Heavy metal pollution status and health risk of maize kernels were investigated and assessed by the pollution index and target hazard quotient.Results All 15 elements were detected in maize kernels.The contents of Cr,As,Cd,Pb,Cu and Hg in maize kernels of Shandong had not exceeded the limit of national standard except Se,with the exceeding rate of 1.3%.The comprehensive pollution index of maize kernel in Shandong was 0.694 and those in Weihai and Zaozhuang were 0.63 and 0.70 respectively,which were close to the warning level.Ingesting the heavy metal in maize kernel showed no significant health impact on the exposure population.The TTHQ values for children in maize kernels from Weihai and Yantai had reached 0.79,which should be paid attention to.Arsenic was the heavy metal of maximum potential risk in maize kernels.Conclusion There is no obvious abnormality in the content levels of elements in Shandong maize kernel.It is suggested to continuously determine and assess the pollution status and health risk of heavy metals in maize kernel.
