小城镇社区街道空间内老年人驻留行为影响因素研究——以青冈镇为例

摘　　要：社区街道是衡量社区环境的重要指标。街道空间的诸多性质,例如形态及特征等都会对老年人的日常活动产生重要影响。论文着眼于目前关注度较低的北方小城镇这一研究层面,选取典型社区中的街道空间,运用因子分析和描述性统计法,对空间中影响老年人驻留的因素进行量化分析,得出影响驻留行为的因素为空间的可达性、位置、人流视线及设施。其中,可达性高、邻近住宅建筑、人流量大、视线开阔以及具备完善空间设施的街道空间对老年人驻留行为的发生具有积极作用。研究可为小城镇社区户外空间设计提供一定的理论支持。Community street is an important index to measure the community environment.Many properties of street space,such as form and characteristics,always have a vital impact on the daily activities of the seniors.This paper focuses on the small towns in the northern China,which have received little attention at present.Selecting typical street space of communities,this paper employs the method of factor analysis and descriptive statistics to conduct quantitative study on the factors that af fect the seniors’staying behavior.It is concluded that the infl uencing factors of the seniors’staying behavior in the street include the accessibility of space,location,people,sight and facilities.Street spaces with high accessibility,proximity to residential buildings,large people,wide view and complete spatial facilities will promote the staying behavior of the seniors.It is expected that this study can provide some theoretical support for the design of the community outdoor space in small town.
