摘  要:目的:评价二氧化碳(CO_(2))激光联合外用药物治疗甲真菌病的疗效和满意度。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Ovid、中国知网、维普数据库和万方数据库自数据库建立起至2022年12月5日发表的CO_(2)激光和外用药物联合治疗甲真菌病的随机对照试验(RCT)。按照纳入标准和排除标准对文献进行筛选、数据提取和质量评价,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入17项RCT,合计965例患者。Meta分析结果示CO_(2)激光联合外用药物治疗组的有效率及真菌清除率均高于单独外用药物治疗组,联合治疗组的满意度高于单独外用药物治疗组。结论:CO_(2)激光联合外用药物治疗甲真菌病疗效优于单独使用外用药物,且联合治疗组满意度更高。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and satisfaction of CO_(2) laser with topical agents in the treatment of onychomycosis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of CO_(2) laser combined with topical agents in the treatment of onychomycosis,published from the establishment of database to December 5,2022,were searched in PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Ovid,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases.Literature screening,data extraction and quality evaluation were conducted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager ver.5.3.Results:A total of 965 patients from 17 trials were subjected to this Meta-analysis.The effective rate and fungal clearance rate of CO_(2) laser combined with topical agents were higher than those of topical agents alone,and the satisfaction was higher in patient receiving the combined treatment.Conclusion:The efficacy of CO_(2) laser combined with topical agents in the treatment of onychomycosis is stronger than that of topical agents alone,and the combined treatment can achieve a higher satisfaction in patients.
