摘　　要：目的:探讨口角外下方皮下组织蒂旋转皮瓣在上唇较大缺损修复中的应用。方法:收集西电集团医院皮肤科门诊收治的上唇部皮肤肿瘤患者23例,对其术后遗留的缺损采用口角外下方皮下组织蒂旋转皮瓣进行修复。结果:所有患者术后伤口均达到Ⅰ期愈合,远期瘢痕不明显,修复后无口唇上翻及牵拉畸形,患者满意度高。仅1例患者发生针垫样畸形,后通过局部封闭治疗已明显改善。结论:应用口角外下方皮下组织蒂旋转皮瓣修复上唇较大缺损,疗效好且安全可靠,操作简单易行,适合临床推广应用。Objetive:To explore the appiation of subeutaneous tisue pedicle rotation flap in repairing a large defect in theupper lip.Methods:A total of 23 patients with upper lip tumor from the Department of Dermatology in XD Group Hospitalwere collecled.The large defects caused by surgical resection were re repaired using the subcutaneous pedicle rotating flap,Re-s achieved primary healing,and theresults:All the caseswereno lip upturning and traction deformity in a long term.Onlyone case exhibited trapdoor deformity,,which was flatened afertwo times of coricosteroid injection.Conclusion:The subeu-taneous pedile rotating flap is safe,reliable,and easy to repair the large defet in the upper lip.
