摘　　要：欧盟是我国最大的产品出口贸易伙伴,但其进口我国的动物及动物产品却很少,这与欧盟技术性贸易壁垒存在较大关系。近年来,欧盟发布了一系列动物卫生、动物福利相关法规,在提升欧盟畜禽产业的同时,也提高了动物及动物产品国际贸易门槛。本文介绍了欧盟动物卫生管理机构、现行主要动物卫生法规以及欧盟动物产品贸易要求,旨在为我国相关企业动物产品出口提供技术支持。EU is China’s largest export trade partner,but its import of animals and animal products from China accounted for a very small proportion due to its technical barriers to a large extent.In recent years,a series of laws and regulations on animal health and welfare were published by EU,not only its livestock and poultry industry but also its threshold for international animal and animal product trade were upgraded.For the purpose of seeking for a technical support for relevant enterprises in China to export their animal products,EU authorities for animal health,current regulations on animal health and EU’s requirements for animal product trade were introduced in the paper.
