摘 要:猪博卡病毒是2009年发现的博卡病毒属病毒。临床上该病毒与其他病毒共感染现象十分严重,感染猪多呈现胃肠道与呼吸道疾病。目前猪博卡病毒尚未在体外细胞系中被成功分离纯化,其致病机制尚不明确,相关疫苗还在研发中。猪博卡病毒检出率逐年升高,对生猪养殖带来巨大影响,并可跨越物种屏障感染人类,对公共卫生带来了新挑战。本文将对猪博卡病毒的病原学、流行病学、致病机制、诊断与检测、防控手段5个方面进行综述,以期为猪博卡病毒感染防控及研究提供参考。Porcine bocavirus was identified in 2009 and fell into the bocavirus,the co-infection of which with other viruses was serious clinically,leading to gastrointestinal and respiratory diseases in pigs.But its pathogenesis was still unknown,as it had not been successfully isolated and purified in vitro cell lines,and corresponding vaccines were still under development.Its detection rate was increasing year by year,posing a huge threat to pig industry and a great challenge to public health as human could be infected across the species barrier.In the paper,the etiology,epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and detection,prevention and control measures concerning the virus were summarized,with a view to providing a reference for future efforts for fighting against the infection and researches.
