摘　　要：犬的胃肠道肿瘤疾病临床发病率相对较低,发病前期容易被误诊为常见胃肠道疾病,从而耽误有效治疗,加重病情发展。本文介绍了一例犬盲肠肿瘤病。患犬初步诊断为腹腔肿物,手术探查为盲肠末端肿物,经组织病理学检查确诊为胃肠道基质瘤,后经外科手术切除等治疗达到预后良好效果。此外,本文探讨了犬盲肠肿瘤发病特点以及血液检查、影像学、细胞学、组织病理学等诊断程序及外科治疗方法,以期为犬肠道肿瘤疾病临床诊断与治疗提供参考。Canine gastrointestinal phymatosis at early stage was likely to be misdiagnosed as a common gastrointestinal disease as it seldom occurred,which could delay any effective treatment even aggravate the disease.A case of canine caecal phymatosis was introduced in the paper.An abdominal mass was primarily found in the affected dog,which was a mass at the end of the cecum as surgically detected,and confirmed as a gastrointestinal stromal tumor by histopathological examination.After surgical resection and other operations,the dog recovered.In addition,the characteristics of the disease,blood examination,imaging,cytology,histopathology and other diagnostic procedures and surgical treatment methods were discussed,with a view to providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of such disease.
