柏果–盘州土壤保持生态功能区大型真菌物种多样性调查研究

摘  要:为合理开发利用和保护野生大型真菌资源,调查柏果–盘州土壤保持生态功能区大型真菌资源。采用样方及随机路线法在该生态功能区共采集大型真菌标本1174份,结合形态学和ITS序列特征进行了鉴定,结果显示:该生态功能区分布有大型真菌196种,隶属于2门,6纲,17目,55科,102属;优势科以红菇科Russulaceae、多孔菌科Polyporaceae、蘑菇科Agaricaceae和牛肝菌科Boletaceae为主,共68种,占总种数的34.69%;优势属有红菇属Russula、乳菇属Lactarius、裸脚伞属Gymnopus和蘑菇属Agaricus等8属,共62种,占总种数的31.63%;五种植被类型中大型真菌多样性由大到小依次为针阔叶混交林117种、阔叶林65种、针叶林59种、灌木9种和草地5种。经济价值分析显示:食用菌44种,药用菌18种,毒菌20种,食用兼药用菌10种。In order to reasonably develop,utilize and protect wild macrofungi resources,and investigate the species diversity of macrofungi resources in the ecological function area of soil conservation in Baiguo-Panzhou,1174macrofungi specimens were collected by quadrat and random route method.Based on the morphological and ITS sequence characteristics,the species diversity of macrofungi in the ecological function area was initially determined,and the edible,medicinal and toxicological macrofungi resources were sorted out.The results showed that 196 species of macrofungi,belonging to 102 genera,55 families,17 orders,6 classes,and 2 phyla,were distributed in the soil conservation ecological functional area of Baiguo-Panzhou.The dominant families were Russulaceae,Polyporaceae,Agaricaceae and Boletaceae,with a total of 68 species,accounting for 34.69%of the total species.The dominant genera are Russula,Lactarius,Gymnopus and Agaricus,with 8 genera,a total of 62 species,accounting for 31.63%of the total species.The diversity of macrofungi in the five plantation types in descending order was coniferous and broadleaved mixed forest(117 species),broadleaved forest(65 species),coniferous forest(59 species),shrub(9 species)and grassland(5 species).According to the economic value,it was divided into 44 kinds of edible fungi,18 kinds of medicinal fungi,20 kinds of toadstool,and 10 kinds of edible and concurrently medicinal fungi.
