摘 要:采用甲基丙烯酸锌对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微粉进行改性,研究了改性后聚四氟乙烯对氢化丁腈橡胶力学性能、耐磨性能及与织物粘合性能的影响。结果表明,通过红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜发现PTFE颗粒表面包覆了一层甲基丙烯酸锌;随着甲基丙烯酸锌用量的增加,硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和硬度增加;磨耗体积从71 mm^(3)降为28 mm^(3),胶料耐磨性得以改善;硫化胶与尼龙弹力布的剥离强度从1.8 N/mm提升到3.1 N/mm。综上所述,采用甲基丙烯酸锌改性PTFE能提高胶料的力学性能以及与织物之间的粘合强度,达到了改善聚四氟乙烯与橡胶之间粘合性能的目的。Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)micropowder was modified by zinc methacrylate,and the effects of modified polytetrafluoroethylene on the mechanical properties,wear resistance and adhesion to fabrics of HNBR were studied.The results show that the surface of PTFE particles is coated with a layer of zinc methacrylate by FTIR and SEM,with the increase of zinc methacrylate dosage,the tensile strength,tear strength and hardness of HNBR compounds increase,the wear volume decreases from 71 mm^(3)to 28 mm^(3),the wear resistance of the rubber is improved,the peel strength of the vulcanized rubber and nylon elastic cloth is increased from 1.8 N/mm to 3.1 N/mm.The use of zinc methacrylate to modify PTFE improves the mechanical properties of the rubber compound and the bonding strength between it and the fabric,and achieves the purpose of improving the bonding performance between PTFE and rubber.
