摘 要:吸水膨胀橡胶是重要的工程防水材料,其既可以吸水止水,还能膨胀受压止水,而且施工便利,在地下施工、水利工程中起到关键作用。但是由于其内部橡胶基体与高吸水树脂相容性差,常会造成反复吸水后止水效果下降,需要频繁更换产品,甚至带来巨大损失。因此,吸水膨胀橡胶的制备及改性研究受到关注。文中综述了吸水膨胀橡胶的机理、制备方法及相关改性研究,对吸水膨胀橡胶研究中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了今后的研究方向。Water swellable rubber(WSR),an important engineering water-stopping material,which can not only absorb water,but also expand and seal water under pressure,plays a key role in underground construction and water conservancy projects.Its internal compatibility of the rubber matrix and super absorbent resin,however,determines that the water-stopping effect may decline after repeated water absorption.Therefore,the products need to be frequently replaced,which can bring huge losses.That is why the preparation and modification of WSR have attracted much attention from researchers.In this literature,the mechanisms,preparation methods and related modifications of WSR were reviewed.Then,current problems in the research of WSR were analyzed,which was followed by the future research directions.
