摘 要:在珠三角九市港口的基础上,首次将澳门地区港和香港地区港纳入评价对象范围,采用DEA模型对粤港澳大湾区11个港口2016-2020年间的物流效率进行评价分析,指出湾区内总体物流效率不高,主要受规模效率影响,存在港口之间尚未形成整体意识、管理效率低下、港口发展不协调、同质化竞争严重、港口之间缺乏深度合作等问题。运用Tobit模型分析粤港澳大湾区港口群物流效率的影响因素,有针对性地提出发展建议,提升大湾区港口群在全球的综合竞争力。In this paper, with the ports in nine cities in the Pearl River Delta, as well as Macao Port and Hong Kong Port, as the evaluation objects, we applied the DEA model to evaluate the logistics efficiency of the total 11 ports in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2016 to 2020. According to the result, we concluded that the overall logistics efficiency in the area is not high and is mainly affected by scale efficiency;and there are problems such as lack of integral awareness among the ports, low management efficiency,uncoordinated port development, serious homogeneous competition, and lack of in-depth cooperation among the ports, etc. Finally, using the Tobit model, we analyzed the factors affecting the logistics efficiency of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area port cluster,and put forward targeted development suggestions to enhance the global comprehensive competitiveness of the Greater Bay Area port cluster.
