摘　　要：面向城市配送领域,通过梳理氢能源货车在推广中存在的“两高两难”问题,重点分析氢能源货车运营成本构成,以核算氢能源货车与燃油货车每年运营成本差额为基本思路,建立了氢能源货车运营补贴标准测算模型。以佛山市为例,测算氢能源货车、燃油货车运营成本,并测算氢能源货车运营补贴标准,指导相关氢能源货车运营补贴管理办法的制定,助力氢能源货车的推广应用。In view of the difficulties in the promotion of the hydrogen energy truck in the field of urban distribution, by focusing on the composition of the operating costs of the hydrogen energy truck, and following the basic line of thinking of calculating the difference between the annual operating cost of the hydrogen energy truck and the fuel-powered truck, this paper established the calculation model for the operating subsidy standard of the hydrogen energy truck. Then with Foshan City as the example, it calculated respectively the operating cost of the hydrogen energy truck and the fuel-powered truck, and estimated accordingly the operating subsidy standard for the hydrogen energy truck to guide the formulation of relevant hydrogen energy truck operation subsidy management methods and help the promotion and application of the hydrogen energy truck.
