摘 要:以突发事件中应急物资供应链作为研究对象,从供应链供需风险的视角出发,采用层次分析法从供应端与需求端两个主体分析应急物资供应链存在的供需风险因素。在此基础上,以客户满意度最高和供应链总收益最大为目标建立双目标优化模型。基于层次分析法的结果,以客户需求量、运输时间最短及两者综合来制定三种配送方案,分析结果显示:当供应链客户整体满意度最高时其总收益达到最大化,据此可通过提高客户满意度实现供应链网络风险规避问题,达到整体优化效果。本研究的结论适用于突发事件下应急物资供应链的优化问题。Taking an emergency materials supply chain as the research object, we used the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the risk factors for the suppliers and customers in the supply chain from the perspective of supply and demand risk. On such basis, we established a dual-objective optimization model with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and the total revenue of the supply chain. According to the result of the analysis, we developed three distribution schemes respectively aimed at optimizing customer demand, the shortest transportation time, and the combination of the two. According to the finding, when the overall customer satisfaction of the supply chain is at the highest, the total revenue of the supply chain can be maximized. Therefore, the supply chain network risk can be avoided and the overall optimization effect can be achieved by improving customer satisfaction.
