摘 要:作为我国重要的煤炭运输大通道,大秦线采用集中修模式对设备进行大中修施工,以实现运输和施工的协调组织。为缓解集中修施工期间运输与施工矛盾,实现运输与施工双赢的目标,针对大秦线集中修施工条件下的运输组织进行探讨,从集中修施工期间大秦线车流组织、施工组织、机车机班及车辆运用等方面,分析大秦线在集中修施工条件下运输组织中存在的难点。并针对以上问题,在优化车流组织模式、科学组织施工、强化调度指挥、完善机车车辆运用等方面,提出补强运输能力的措施,有效保障集中修条件下大秦线运输能力,达到降低集中修施工对运输影响的目的,从而确保大秦线完成运输任务,实现铁路货运增量目标。As an important major coal transportation channel in China, Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway adopts the centralized maintenance mode for large and medium-sized equipment maintenance construction to achieve the coordinated organization of transportation and construction. To alleviate the contradiction between transportation and construction during centralized maintenance construction and accomplish the goal of win-win transportation and construction, this paper discussed the transportation organization of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway under the condition of centralized maintenance construction. It analyzed the difficulties in the transportation organization of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway under the condition of centralized maintenance construction from the aspects of the traffic flow organization, construction organization, locomotive and crew shift, and vehicle operation of this railway during centralized maintenance construction. To solve the above problems, it further proposed measures of strengthening transportation capacity in the aspects of optimizing the mode of traffic flow organization, scientifically organizing the construction, strengthening the dispatching command, and improving the operation of locomotives and vehicles. These measures could effectively ensure the transportation capacity of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway under the condition of centralized maintenance to achieve the purpose of reducing the impact of centralized maintenance construction on transportation.On this basis, Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway could complete its transportation task and fulfill the goal of increasing railway freight volume.
