摘 要:煤化工项目以煤炭为原料生产化工产品,项目通常位于煤炭矿区或水陆交通枢纽地区,项目投产后在设备非检修状况下,应保证连续性运转。结合具体煤化工项目,按照大运量、高连续性、高可靠性的原则,分析输煤铁路卸车系统和交接站布置形式及选址,重点研究翻车机卸车方案和底开门漏斗车卸车方案,结合铁路功能定位,优选翻车机卸车方案。在满足运量需求的情况下,将利用率和翻卸循环次数等基本参数纳入翻车机能力计算,综合考虑2类交接站布置形式优缺点,全面分析车站选址方案,推荐采用交接站(折返式卸煤系统)与工业站分设布置。Coal chemical projects use coal as raw material to produce chemical products. These projects are usually located in coal mining areas or land and water transportation hub areas. After they are put into operation, continuous operation should be guaranteed unless the equipment is under maintenance. On the basis of specific coal chemical projects and the principles of large transportation volume, high continuity,and high reliability, the unloading system and the layout and location of the transfer station of coal transportation railways were analyzed. The unloading schemes of tippers and bottom-dump hopper cars were mainly studied. Given the orientation of railway functions, the optimal unloading scheme of car dumpers was selected. Assuming that the traffic demand was satisfied, the basic parameters such as the utilization rate and the number of tipping and unloading cycles were incorporated into the calculation of the tipper capacity. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the layout of two different transfer stations, the site selection scheme of the stations was comprehensively analyzed, and the separate arrangement of the transfer station(return coal unloading system) and the industrial station was recommended.
