摘  要:针对传统定量称重系统存在的精度低、误差大且不稳定的问题,基于PLC平台设计一种新颖的改进型高精度定量称重系统。提出改进型称重系统的结构框图;从I/O地址分配、闭环转速控制电路设计和称重电路设计3个方面对PLC系统的硬件电路进行设计;对细给料精确控制方法进行研究,提出一种新颖的定量称重系统控制策略;搭建PLC试验平台,进行传统称重试验和改进型称重试验。试验结果表明,改进型系统测试误差<2.5%,较传统系统测试误差小、精度高、系统稳定、可靠性高。研究为提高产品包装精度和速度,提升劳动效率提供参考。For the problems of low precision,large error and instability in traditional quantitative weighing system,a novel and improved high-precision quantitative weighing system was designed based on the PLC platform.The structural block diagram of the improved weighing system was proposed;The hardware circuit of the PLC system was designed from three aspects:PLC I/O address allocation,closed-loop speed control circuit design and weighing circuit design;Research on the precise control method of fine feed was conducted,and a novel control strategy of quantitative weighing system was proposed on this basis;a PLC test platform was built to carry out traditional weighing test and improved weighing test.The test results show that the error of the improved system is<2.5%compared to that of traditional system,the improved system has higher precision,smaller error,higher system stability and higher reliability.The research provides a reference for improving the accuracy and speed of product packaging and improving labor efficiency.
