摘 要:为解决携带货物的无人机到达地面物流站后仍需人工或大型卸货装置进行接货、卸货的问题,对智慧物流系统地面站的自动卸货装置进行研究,通过Solidworks建立自动卸货装置三维模型,对开舱部分的关键受力零件进行有限元分析;搭载试验平台,将重量范围分别在(0,1)kg,[1,5)kg,[5,8]kg的快递分别连续测试20次。测试结果表明,自动卸货装置测试成功率均为100%,能够实现对无人机吊舱中(0,8]kg快递的卸货。自动卸货装置总体运行良好,能够较好地满足工作要求,为无人机智慧物流系统的全自动化奠定基础。In order to solve the problem that UAVs carrying cargo still need to pick up and unload the cargo manually or by large unloading device after arriving at the ground logistics station,the automatic unloading device of the ground station of the intelligent logistics system was studied.A three-dimensional model of the automatic unloading device was built by Solidworks to conduct finite element analysis on the key force-bearing parts of the open cabin part.A test platform was mounted to test the express items with a weight range of 1 kg for consecutive 20 times.The test results show that the success rate of the automatic unloading device is 100%,and that it is able to unload express items of up to 8 kg in the UAV pod.The automatic unloading device works well as a whole,and can better meet the working requirements,laying the foundation for the full automation of the UAV intelligent logistics system.
