摘  要:针对全自动柚子包装生产线不够完善的现状,设计柚子调向机,对柚子在调向前滑道机构上的冲击力情况及在调向后的滑道机构的翻滚情况进行仿真分析,通过试验分析柚子与3种不同材料及弧度的滑道机构间的动、静摩擦系数,利用ADAMS软件对柚子滑出不同滑道机构的速度与姿势进行分析,得出柚子在调向前、后的滑道机构最优材料与弧度组合分别为弧度1及牛筋带防滑纹橡胶PVC,弧度3及钢,滑出速度分别为1540,1552 mm/s。研究结果为柚子调向机的进一步优化设计和试验研究提供参考依据。A grapefruit reorientation machine was designed for the current situation that the automatic grapefruit packaging line is not perfect,and simulation analysis was carried out for the impact force of grapefruit on the slide mechanism before reorientation and the rolling situation of the slide mechanism after reorientation.The dynamic and static friction coefficients between grapefruit and the slide mechanism made of three different materials and with different curvatures were analyzed through experiments.The speed and posture of the grapefruit sliding out of different slide mechanisms were analyzed using ADAMS software,and the optimal material and curvature combinations of the slide mechanism for the grapefruit before and after reorientation were as follows:curvatureⅠand bull bar with anti-slip pattern rubber PVC,curvatureⅢand steel,with slide out speeds of 1540 and 1552 mm/s,respectively.The results of the study provide a reference for further design optimization and experimental research of the grapefruit reorientation machine.
