摘　　要：生态环境监测是生态环境保护的基石,是推进生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要支撑。“十四五”时期是辽宁省生态环境监测事业发展的关键期和机遇期。文章在总结了辽宁省“十三五”生态环境监测能力发展状况的基础上,结合“十四五”监测能力所面临的压力与问题,从大气、地表水、土壤、地下水、海洋等领域提出了生态环境监测工作重点,助力提升辽宁生态环境监测现代化能力与水平。Ecological environment monitoring is the cornerstone of ecological environment protection and important support to promote the modernization of ecological environment governance system and capacity.The"14th Five-Year Plan"period is a critical opportunity period for the development of ecological environment monitoring in Liaoning Province.On the basis of summarizing the development of the ecological environment monitoring capacity of Liaoning Province during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,combined with the pressure and problems faced by the monitoring capacity during the"14th Five Year Plan"period,the paper puts forward the key work of ecological environment monitoring from the areas of atmosphere,surface water,soil,groundwater,ocean,in order to help improve the modernization capacity and level of ecological environment monitoring in Liaoning Province.
