摘　　要：针对车架自动焊接需要翻转的情况,设计了滚轮架式车架变位装置。介绍了这一装置的原理和结构,给出了应用效果。这一装置由焊接平台、主动滚轮架、环形夹持工装、安全防护装置、反变形工装、反变形千斤顶、自动开合装置等组成,能够实现车架自动焊接时的翻转,并且具有反变形功能。In view of the situation that the automatic welding of the frame needs to be flipped,the turning roll type frame deflection device was designed.The workflow and structure of this device were introduced,and the application performance was given.This device was composed of welding platform,active roller frame,ring clamping tooling,safety protection device,anti-deformation tooling,anti-deformation jack,automatic opening and closing device,etc.,which can realize the flipping of the frame during automatic welding,and has the function of anti-deformation.
