摘　　要：泥浆泵轴齿轮在使用过程中连续出现打齿、断轴现象,严重影响泥浆泵的整机质量。对此,分析了连续打齿和断轴的原因,并提出对策,由此提高泥浆泵轴齿轮的综合性能。The shaft gear of the slurry pump continuously appears tooth beating and shaft breaking during use,which seriously affects the quality of the whole machine of the slurry pump.In this regard,the causes of continuous tooth beating and shaft breaking were analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed,so as to improve the comprehensive performance of the shaft gear of the slurry pump.
