摘 要:为研究在自然交配条件下不同产蛋率母鹅对与配公鹅受精率的影响,探索种鹅繁殖期同步性问题,试验选用同一批次健康成年豁眼鹅297只、卡洛斯鹅198只,试验随机分为3组,每组3个重复,按1:4公母比进行群体分栏饲养,分别为卡洛斯公鹅与豁眼母鹅组(卡洛斯♂33只、豁眼鹅♀132只,KH组),豁眼鹅本品种交配组(♂33只、♀132只,HH组)和卡洛斯本品种交配组(♂33只、♀132只,KK组),对其产蛋率和种蛋受精率进行测定和分析。结果表明:豁眼鹅产蛋率明显高于卡洛斯鹅(P<0.05);KH组产蛋率和受精率相关系数为R=0.902(P<0.01),KK组产蛋率和受精率相关系数为R=0.789(P<0.01);产蛋活跃期的豁眼母鹅能够影响卡洛斯公鹅的繁殖性能(P<0.05)。说明一直处于产蛋期的豁眼母鹅能够刺激公鹅保持一定的受精能力,可以改善进入休产期品种公鹅的繁殖性能。In order to study the effect of female geese with different egg laying rates on the fertilization rate of male geese under natural mating conditions, and to explore the synchronization of breeding geese, we selected297 healthy adult Huoyan geese and 198 Carlos geese from the same batch, and divided the geese randomly into 3 groups with 3 repetitions in each group, and fed the geese in groups according to the ratio of 1 male: 4females. The experiment set up hybrid group of Carlos male goose and Huoyan female goose(33 Carlos♂ and132 Huoyan geese♀, KH group), Huoyan goose breed group(♂33 and ♀132, HH group) and Carlos goose breed Group(♂33 and ♀132, KK group), and measured and analyzed the egg laying rate and egg fertilization rate. The results showed that the egg laying rate of Huoyan goose was significantly higher than that of Carlos goose(P<0.05);the correlation coefficients between egg laying rate and fertilization rate of KH and KK groups were R=0.902(P<0.01) and R=0.789(P<0.01), respectively;and the egg laying rate of Huoyan goose increased the reproductive performance of Carlos male goose(P<0.05). The study shows that Huoyan female goose in the egg laying period can stimulate the male goose to maintain certain fertilization ability, and improve the reproductive performance of the male goose in the ceased period.
