摘  要:内曲线式水液压马达采用高压水推动柱塞,柱塞上部的滚子作用于定子导轨内表面,通过相互作用带动转子旋转,进而使马达运转。但在滚子与定子导轨接触时,会时常发生自锁现象,导致马达不能正常运转。为解决自锁问题,分析滚子与定子接触时的压力角,并对改进前后的定子曲线的轮廓进行对比;重新设定定子的幅角得到新的曲线方程,利用MATLAB进行编程生成定子曲线,并利用三维软件完成定子导轨模型的建立。新的定子曲线有效避免自锁现象发生。The inner curve water hydraulic motor uses high pressure water to push the piston.The roller on the upper part of the piston acts on the inner surface of the stator rail,and drives the rotor to rotate through interaction,thus making the motor run.However,when the roller contacts with the stator rail,self-locking often occurs,resulting in the motor can not work properly.In order to solve the self-locking problem,the pressure angle of the roller in contact with the stator was analyzed,and the contours of the stator curve before and after improvement were compared.The amplitude and angle of the stator were set again to obtain the new curve equation.The stator curve was generated by programming with MATLAB,and the three-dimensional software was used to establish the stator guide rail model.The new stator curve effectively avoids the self-locking phenomenon.
