摘  要:针对压裂泵流量脉动及压力脉动特性,提出蓄能器-增压缸组合式流体脉动抑制方法,并基于MATLAB/Simulink建立压裂泵及脉动抑制回路的数学模型,根据理论、仿真对比分析了该脉动抑制方法对流量脉动抑制效果。结果表明:蓄能器容积和预充气压力可显著影响流量脉动;当预充气压力为4 MPa、容积为6 L时,流量和压力脉动率分别从39.99%和76.93%降至2.47%和4.89%。In view of the characteristics of flow pulsation and pressure pulsation of fracturing pump, a combined accumulator and pressurized cylinder fluid pulsation suppression method was proposed, and a mathematical model of fracturing pump and pulsation suppression circuit was established based on MATLAB/Simulink. The effect of the pulsation suppression method was compared and analyzed according to theory and simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the accumulator volume and precharging pressure can significantly affect the flow pulsation;when the precharging pressure is 4 MPa and the volume is 6 L, the flow rate and pressure pulsation rate decrease from 39.99% and 76.93% to 2.47% and 4.89% respectively.
