摘 要:为寻找合适的误差分离方法,以数控曲轴随动磨床为性能分析对象,将影响曲轴连杆颈轮廓误差的因素分为随动因素和非随动因素;描述曲轴随动磨削的基本原理以及曲轴连杆颈轮廓生成的精确建模方法;提出将轮廓误差分离为随动误差和非随动误差的方法;通过试验数据分析得出数控随动曲轴磨床的性能评价结论。提出的轮廓误差分离方法,为数控随动磨床的性能评价提供方法指导,为误差源识别提供判断依据。In order to find a suitable error separation method, taking the CNC crankshaft oscillating grinder as the object, the factors effecting the crankshaft pin journal contour error were divided into the following factors and the unfollowing factors.The basic principle of the crankshaft oscillating grinding and the accurate modeling method of the crankshaft pin journal contour generation were described.The method of separating the contour error into the following error and the unfollowing error was proposed.Through the experimental data analysis, the performance evaluation conclusion about the CNC crankshaft oscillating grinder was obtained.The proposed separation method of contour error can provide methodological guidance for the performance evaluation of CNC oscillating grinder and the judgement basis for the error source identification.
