摘 要:液压系统是矿用制动装置液惯量式实验台的核心组成部分,对实验台液压系统进行设计,通过理论计算选择关键元件,利用AMESim仿真软件搭建仿真模型及进行仿真分析,验证实验台液压系统的液压值、主轴转速以及扭矩设计的合理性。将仿真分析结果和实验结果进行比较,以此来验证理论计算的选型合理性。结果表明:仿真所得结果与实验结果基本相符,因此验证了实验台液压系统设计的准确性。The hydraulic system is the core component for hydraulic inertia test bench for mine braking device.The hydraulic system of the test bench was designed, and the key components were selected through theoretical calculation.The simulation model was built and simulation analysis was performed by the AMESim simulation software to verify the design rationality of the hydraulic pressure, spindle speed and torque of the test bench hydraulic system.The simulation results were compared with the experimental results to verify the rationality of the selection in theoretical calculation.The results indicate that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results, so the accuracy of the design of test bench hydraulic system is verified.
