摘 要:针对靶弹发射的使用和指标要求,基于PLC设计某靶弹发射车调平系统。该系统由PLC、高精度的双轴倾角传感器、压力传感器、液压缸等组成。系统采用“逐高法”控制策略,能够快速实现系统调平,通过将压力作为反馈控制条件可有效避免调平过程虚腿现象。选取一定坡度地面进行调平试验,试验结果表明:该发射车调平系统满足设计指标要求。According to use and indicator requirements of missile target launch, leveling system of the missile target launch vehicle was designed.The system was composed of PLC,high-precision dual-inclination sensor, pressure sensor, hydraulic cylinder and so on.The control strategy of “chasing the highest point” was used in this system, which could realize fast-leveling.In order to avoid weak leg in the leveling process, pressure was regarded as feedback control condition.A certain slope ground was selected for leveling test.The result shows that the leveling system meets design requirements.
