摘　　要：为推广分娩镇痛这一新兴医疗技术,提高社会知晓率和接受度,开展分娩镇痛科普工作。针对社会知晓率和认可度极低、科普渠道与科普目标人群不匹配、科普内容和形式陈旧等问题,制定分娩镇痛精准化科普策略并开展科普实践,精准定位与医务人员、大众和孕产妇三大群体相匹配的科普渠道,并精准推送不同形式、不同知识点的科普内容,满足三类群体的个性化科普需求。精确瞄准科普“守门人”,确保科普渠道畅通多元触达科普“分享者”,重视人际传播效应精准化区分科普内容,识别不同科普需求组建跨专业科普团队,建立健全反馈机制,最终通过精准科普的实践有效提升科普效率,并提高分娩镇痛的社会知晓率和认可度。In order to promote labor analgesia as a new medical technology,improve the awareness and acceptance of the society,the authors carried out labor analgesia science popularization.Aiming at such problems as low awareness and recognition rate of society,mismatch between science popularization channels and target population,and the outdated science contents and forms,they formulated precise science popularization strategies for childbirth analgesia and carried out science popularization practices,accurately positioned science popularization channels matching the three groups of medical staff,the public and pregnant women,and accurately pushed popular science contents in different forms and knowledge points so as to meet the personalized science popularization needs of the three groups.Therefore,they will precisely aim at the“gatekeeper”of science popularization,ensure the smooth channels of science popularization reaching the“sharers”of science popularization,attach importance to interpersonal communication effect,accurately distinguish the“content of science popularization”,identify different science popularization needs to establish cross-professional“science popularization team”,establish and improve the feedback mechanism,and finally improve effectively the science popularization efficiency,the social awareness rate and recognition of childbirth pain relief through the practice of precise science popularization.
