摘　　要：目的针对当前疫情常态化期间的预约诊疗政策,对执行现状进行分析,并提出优化创新建议,以期实现提升医疗服务水平,改善患者满意度。方法对当前预约诊疗的情况进行多层次剖析,针对预约诊疗中存在“三长一短”、医疗资源不均衡等问题,提出建设区域性主导型预约诊疗服务评价平台,并以政策要求、医院需要、患者需求等来证明建议方案的可行性。结果发现当前的预约诊疗执行水平仍较低,未能满足患者、医院、医疗监管的要求,亟需关注与解决。结论未来的医院预约诊疗服务管理,可通过建立健全区域性主导型预约诊疗服务评价平台,实现医疗服务供给侧改革创新,进一步提升医院服务水平,推动医院服务高质量发展。Objective:Based on the policy of appointment for diagnosis and treatment during the normal period of the current epidemic,this paper analyzes the implementation status and puts forward suggestions for optimization and innovation,in order to improve the level of medical services and patient satisfaction.Method:The paper makes a multi-level analysis on the current situation of the appointment for diagnosis and treatment,aiming at the problems of“three advantages and one disadvantage”in the appointment for diagnosis and treatment,and the imbalance of medical resources.It is proposed to build a region-oriented evaluation platform for appointment diagnosis and treatment services,and the feasibility of the proposed scheme is proved by policy requirements,hospital needs and patient needs.Result:It is found that the current implementation level of the appointment for diagnosis and treatment is still low and fails to meet the requirements of patients,hospitals and medical supervision,which is in urgent need of attention and solution.Conclusion:In the future,hospital appointment for diagnosis and treatment service management can realize the reform and innovation of the supply side of medical service,further improve the level of hospital service and promote the high-quality development of hospital service by establishing an evaluation platform of region-oriented appointment for diagnosis and treatment service.
