某院创新医教研协作联盟医联体建设模式成效与思考

摘　　要：为探索不同层次及不同类别的医院之间可操作、可持续、可复制的协作模式,合理分配医疗资源,使优质医疗资源上下贯通,构建“社区首诊、分级诊治、急慢分治、双向转诊”的就医模式,南通大学附属医院创新医教研协作联盟的理念与模式,作为医联体模式的有益补充。强化区域医疗、教学和科研的融合,充分利用各种优势资源,共同搭建医疗、科研、教学平台,有效开发和科学合理利用卫生资源,提高医疗服务效率和效益,突破地域、医疗机构级别和体制的局限,提高各医联体成员可持续发展的能力,从而提升医院整体水平。In order to explore the operable,sustainable and replicable cooperation among hospitals of different levels and categories,rationally allocate medical resources,connect high-quality medical resources from top to bottom,and construct the medical treatment mode of“community first diagnosis,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,emergency and slow treatments,two-way referral”,the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University innovates the concept and mode of medicine-teaching-research cooperation alliance as a useful supplement to the medical association model.It is necessary to strengthen the integration of regional medical treatment,teaching and scientific research,make full use of various advantageous resources,jointly build a platform for medical treatment,scientific research and teaching,effectively develop,scientifically and rationally use health resources,improve the efficiency and benefit of medical services,break through the limitations of regions,levels and systems of medical institutions,and improve the ability of sustainable development of each member of the medical consortium,so as to improve the overall level of the hospitals.
