摘 要:目的探讨智慧医疗系统的使用对患者就医体验的影响。方法对南京市患者发放调查问卷,对数据进行统计学分析。结果医患互动和信息共享对患者感知信念有显著正向影响,患者感知信念对就医满意度有显著正向影响,医患互动对就医满意度有显著正向影响,信息共享对就医满意度无显著影响。结论建议开发医患互动模块,注重医患间的沟通交流,构建患者对智慧医疗系统的评价体系;打造互联互通的区域卫生信息平台,对信息共享行为进行监督管理;并根据患者实际需求和使用习惯,开发和改进智慧医疗系统的功能,简化操作和使用流程,提高患者就医满意度。Objective:To explore the impact of the use of intelligent medical system on patients’medical experience.Method:Questionnaires were distributed to patients in Nanjing,and the data were statistically analyzed.Result:It is found that doctor-patient interaction and information sharing had a significant positive impact on patients’perceived belief;patients’perceived belief had a significant positive impact on medical satisfaction;doctor-patient interaction had a significant positive impact on medical satisfaction;while information sharing had no significant impact on medical satisfaction.Conclusion:It is suggested to develop doctor-patient interaction modules,pay attention to doctor-patient communication,and construct patients’evaluation system of intelligent medical system by building an interconnected regional health information platform to supervise and manage information sharing.Based on patients’actual needs and usage habits,functions of the intelligent medical system are developed and improved,operation and usage processes are simplified,and patients’satisfaction with medical treatment is improved.
