摘　　要：目的探讨气道分级管理联合胸部物理治疗在小儿重症肺炎中的应用价值。方法选取2020年6月—2021年5月收治的86例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各43例。对照组给予胸部物理治疗,研究组则给予气道分级管理联合胸部物理治疗,比较两组患儿临床效果。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后24 h、72 h的氧分压(PaO_(2))及氧合指数(PaO_(2)/FiO_(2))高于对照组,二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);研究组机械通气时间、住院时间及并发症发生率短于或低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气道分级管理联合胸部物理治疗应用于小儿重症肺炎效果显著,能有效纠正患儿血气指标、缩短机械通气时间、减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of airway grading management combined with chest physical therapy in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 86 children with severe pneumonia admitted to hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group were given chest physical therapy,and the study group were given airway grading management combined with chest physical therapy.And then,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2))and oxygenation index(PaO_(2)/FiO_(2))of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 24 h and 72 h after intervention,while the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))was significantly lower than that of the control group,and differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).The duration of mechanical ventilation,length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Airway grading management combined with chest physical therapy has significant effect on children with severe pneumonia,which can effectively correct blood gas indicators,shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and reduce the occurrence of complications.And thus,it is worthy of clinical application.
