丙氨酸氨基转移酶、血红蛋白和脂血联合检测在献血者血液初筛中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血红蛋白(Hb)和脂血全自动联合检测系统(简称“初筛联检系统”)的效果,优化献血者血液初筛方案。方法对脂血指数检测结果进行确认;通过对比分析使用初筛联检系统和使用原筛查方案时ALT和脂血报废率来评价该初筛模式的筛查效果。结果初筛联检系统脂血指数检测结果与成分制备组脂血判定结果总符合率为84.27%。启用新初筛方案后,复检ALT报废率从0.97%下降至0.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);脂血报废率从4.41%下降至2.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全自动联检方案增加了乳糜血的评判指标,血液初筛多项目全自动联合检测,能有效降低ALT和脂血的报废率。Objective To analyze the effect of the automatic combined detection system of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),hemoglobin(Hb)and lipid blood(referred to as the"preliminary screening joint inspection system"),and to optimize the preliminary screening scheme of blood donors.Methods The test result of blood lipid index was confirmed,and the screening effect of the preliminary screening combined with inspection system was evaluated by comparing and analyzing the ALT and lipid blood scrapping rates.Results The total coincidence rate between the blood lipid index test results of the preliminary screening joint inspection system and the lipid blood determination results of the component preparation group was 84.27%.After the implementation of the new primary screening scheme,the scrap rate of retested ALT decreased from 0.97%to 0.61%,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);and the scrap rate of blood lipid decreased from 4.41%to 2.02%,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The automatic joint detection scheme can add the evaluation index of chyle blood,and full-automatic joint detection of multiple items in the preliminary screening of blood can effectively reduce the scrap rates of ALT and blood lipids.
