边陲地区民族院校附属医院专科护士核心能力现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解边陲地区民族院校附属医院专科护士核心能力现状,分析影响因素,进一步提出培养与使用专科护士的建议及对策。方法对某边陲地区民族院校附属医院专科护士采用概率抽样法确定145名研究对象后,使用一般资料问卷和中国注册护士核心能力评价量表对研究对象进行调查,最终133份问卷填写合格,分析专科护士核心能力。结果该边陲地区民族院校附属医院专科护士核心能力评价量表总得分为146.00(125.50,164.00)分,各维度平均得分由高到低依次是伦理与法律实践能力、领导能力、人际关系、临床护理、教育与咨询、专业发展、批判性思维与科研能力;其中最高学历、职称、对护理专业的态度、年龄对专科护士的核心能力有影响(P<0.05)。结论该边陲地区民族院校附属医院专科护士核心能力处于中低水平,教育与咨询、专业发展能力、批判性思维与科研能力尤其需要提高。Objective To understand the current situation of core competence of specialty nurses in affiliated hospital of ethnic university in border areas,so as to analyze the influencing factors,and further put forward suggestions and countermeasures for the training and use of specialty nurses.Methods After the probability sampling method was used to determine 145 research subjects for the specialty nurses in the affiliated hospital of a ethnic university in border area,general data questionnaire and the Chinese competency inventory for registered nurse(CIRN)were used to investigate the subjects.Finally,133 questionnaires were filled in and qualified,and the core competence of the specialty nurses was analyzed.Results The total score of the evaluation scale of core competence of specialty nurses in the affiliated hospital of ethnic university in the border area was 146.00(125.50,164.00)points.The scores of each dimension from high to low were ethics and legal practice ability,leadership ability,interpersonal relationship,clinical nursing,education and consultation,professional development,critical thinking and scientific research ability.Among them,the highest educational background,professional title,attitude towards nursing specialty and age had influence on the core competence of specialty nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The core competence of specialty nurses in the affiliated hospital of ethnic university in border area is in the middle and low,and the ability of education and consultation,professional development,critical thinking and scientific research ability especially need to be improved.
