南京市残疾人群众体育事业发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：采用定性和定量分析方法,从政策体系、管理情况、参与情况与服务情况等方面对南京市残疾人群众体育事业发展现状进行调查分析,发现南京市残疾人群众体育事业发展的政策支持体系较为完善、组织管理较为规范,但可供残疾人参与的体育健身活动形式相对较少、硬件支持等方面仍有待提升。基于以上优势与不足,从健全保障体系、加强专业服务、加强体育场地和器材建设、提升残疾人参与度等方面对南京市残疾人群众体育事业发展提出了优化建议。By using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,this paper investigates and analyzes the development status of mass sports for the disabled in Nanjing from the aspects of policy system,management,participation and service.It is found that the policy support system for the development of mass sports for the disabled in Nanjing is relatively perfect,and the organization and management is relatively standardized,but the forms of sports and fitness activities for the disabled are relatively limited,and the hardware support services need to be improved.Based on the above advantages and disadvantages,puts forward suggestions on the development of mass sports for the disabled in Nanjing from the aspects of perfecting the security system,strengthening professional services,strengthening the construction of sports venues and equipment,and enhancing the participation of the disabled.
