摘　　要：目的 探讨情绪释放技术在老年白内障日间手术患者术前护理中的应用。方法 通过便利抽样法,选取2021年9-12月于烟台毓璜顶医院手术室接受白内障日间手术的老年患者216例为研究对象。将2021年9-10月符合纳入标准的108例患者设为对照组,2021年11-12月收治的108例患者设为观察组。对照组采取常规术前护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合情绪释放技术进行术前护理干预。比较两组患者的焦虑评分、血压值及患者满意度。结果 干预后观察组患者焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后血压值均较干预前降低,但干预后观察组血压值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情绪释放技术可以有效缓解老年白内障日间手术患者的焦虑情绪,降低术前血压,提高患者满意度,为护理服务质量的提升、手术的顺利进行提供保障。Objective To explore the application of emotional freedom techniques(EFT) in preoperative nursing of elderly patients undergoing ambulatory cataract surgery. Methods A total of 216 elderly patients undergoing ambulatory cataract surgery in the operating room of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital from September to December 2021 were selected by convenient sampling. Among the eligible patients,108 undergoing the surgery in September-October 2021 were included in the control group, while the rest 108 undergoing the surgery in November-December 2021 were included in the observation group. The control group was given routine preoperative nursing intervention, while the observation group was given EFT intervention on this basis. The anxiety score, blood pressure and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The blood pressure of both groups after the intervention was lower than that before the intervention, but the blood pressure of the observation group after the intervention was lower than that of the control group, with a statistical significance(P<0.05). The patient satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion EFT can alleviate the anxiety of elderly patients undergoing ambulatory cataract surgery, reduce preoperative blood pressure, and improve their satisfaction, thereby guaranteeing higher nursing service quality and smooth surgery.
