韩国社会力量参与射箭项目发展的成长轨迹、路径及作用机制

摘　　要：对韩国建国后社会力量参与射箭项目发展的轨迹、路径及作用机制进行研究。研究认为,按照政社关系及作用的变化,韩国社会力量参与射箭项目发展呈现为三个历史演变阶段。社会力量参与射箭项目发展的路径包括:以增强国防力量为目的的发展路径,以奥运争光为目的的发展路径和以推动体育产业发展为目的的发展路径。韩国社会力量参与射箭项目发展,由学校、大韩体育协会、现代企业集团三类社会组织通过不同角色分工和作用互补,形成了协会业务管理与引导机制、企业激励参与培养机制、学校参与协同培养机制,以推进其竞技体育的社会性普及和国家竞技水平的提高。对我国的启示如下:项目协会的专业组织与管理保证射箭项目的科学化发展、建立枢纽型组织体系,搭建运动员培养体制、汇集多元社会力量共同参与,创新射箭项目高质量发展。The trajectory,pathways and mechanisms of social participation in the development of archery in South Korea after the founding of the country are examined.The study concludes that the development of social participation in archery programs in South Korea has been characterized by three historical stages of evolution according to the changes in the relationship and role of the government and society.The paths of social participation in archery include the paths of development for the purpose of strengthening national defense,the path of development for the purpose of Olympic glory,and the path of development for the purpose of promoting the sports industry.In South Korea,three types of social organizations,namely schools,the Korean Sports Association and the Modern Enterprise Group,have been involved in the development of archery through different roles and complementary roles,forming a mechanism of business management and guidance of the association,incentive participation of enterprises in the training mechanism,and participation of schools in the collaborative training mechanism,in order to promote the social popularity of competitive sports and the improvement of the national competitive level.The implications for China are as follows:the professional organization and management of program associations ensure the scientific development of archery,establish a pivotal organizational system to build an athlete training system,and bring together diverse social forces to participate together to innovate the high-quality development of archery.
