摘  要:根据候村煤矿下分层开采的3605工作面生产技术条件,分析了沿空留巷巷旁充填体的作用机理以及可行性,提出了高瓦斯条件下采用混凝土充填材料的巷旁充填沿空留巷技术,设计了合理的充填工艺。根据施工工序将原有支护划分为巷内以及巷旁支护,巷内支护过程又细分为3个阶段(留巷前、留巷时、留巷后),充分利用钢棚、木背板、Π型钢梁以及支架的支护特性,提高了巷道支护强度。该技术的应用,有效缓解了工作面接替紧张的局面,同时解决了上隅角瓦斯积聚问题。According to the production technical conditions of NO.3605 working face in lower layer mining of Houcun Mine,this paper analyzes the mechanism and feasibility of roadside filling body in gob-side entry retaining,puts forward the roadside filling technology with concrete filling material under high gas condition,and designs reasonable filling technology.According to the construction process,the original supporting is divided into roadway supporting and roadside supporting.The process of roadway supporting is further divided into three stages(before,during and after retaining),and the supporting characteristics of steel shed,wood backplane,Πbeam and support are fully utilized to strengthen the roadway supporting strength.The application of this technology has effectively alleviated the tense situation of working face replacement and solved the problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner.
