摘 要:在不同实验条件下,利用3A、4A和5A分子筛吸附苯甲醚中的微量水,并对其水含量进行测定。比较了分子筛种类、吸附温度、分子筛粒径等条件对苯甲醚中水含量变化的影响。4A和5A分子筛对苯甲醚中微量水分具有较好的吸附能力,吸附量和吸附速度相当;3A分子筛对其中水分的吸附能力较差;粒径对吸附率的影响较大,在使用吸附剂质量相同的条件下,粒径越小,吸附能力越强;物料比和吸附量与吸附速度成正相关,且随着摇床振动频率的提高,在一定范围内,分子筛吸附苯甲醚水分的速率迅速提升,但总量几乎不变。The use of 3A, 4A and 5A molecular sieve is used to adsorb the trace water in anisole, and its water content was determined under different experimental conditions. The effects of molecular sieve type, adsorption temperature,molecular sieve size on the variation of water content in anisole were compared. The 4A and 5A zeolites have good adsorption capacity for the trace water in anisole, and the adsorption capacity and adsorption speed are similar. The adsorption capacity of 3A molecular sieve for water is poor;particle size has a great influence on the adsorption rate.Under the condition of the same quality of adsorbent, the smaller the particle size, the stronger the adsorption capacity.The material ratio and adsorption capacity were positively correlated with the adsorption rate, and with the increase of vibration frequency of the shaker, within a certain range, the adsorption rate of anisole water by molecular sieve increased rapidly, but the total amount was almost unchanged.
