摘  要:对强酸性离子交换树脂存在下微晶纤维素聚合度变化情况进行了研究,以考察在该体系中纤维素的水解趋势。比较了不同反应时间、温度物料配比和前处理手段对微晶纤维素聚合度的影响。水解温度可以加快强酸性树脂对微晶纤维素的水解速率,但随着时间的延长聚合度趋于相同;MCC和树脂的物料配比低于1∶5以后,DP值迅速降低;不同的前处理工艺对MCC的聚合度有较大影响,微波处理是一种有效降低聚合度的手段。The change of the degree of polymerization of microcrystalline cellulose in the presence of strong acid ion exchange resin was studied in order to investigate the tendency of cellulose hydrolysis in the system.The effects of different reaction time,temperature and material ratio and pretreatment methods on the polymerization degree of microcrystalline cellulose were compared.Hydrolysis temperature can accelerate the hydrolysis rate of strong acid resin to microcrystalline cellulose,but the degree of polymerization tends to be the same with the extension of time.When the material ratio of MCC and resin is lower than 1∶5,the DP value decreases rapidly.Different pretreatment processes have great influence on the degree of polymerization of MCC.Microwave treatment is an effective way to reduce the degree of polymerization.
