摘 要:分析了以含有酮羰基的聚丙烯酸酯乳液为分散介质对肼基封端聚氨酯进行乳化分散的可行性,探讨了羰肼自交联聚丙烯酸酯/聚氨酯复合乳液的疏水性能,并对复合乳液改性棉织物拉伸性能、表面结构和化学结构进行了表征。结果表明:含酮羰基的聚丙烯酸酯和肼基封端聚氨酯能以物理共混的形式稳定存在于水分散体系中,并在烘干过程发生交联反应;羰肼自交联聚丙烯酸酯/聚氨酯复合乳液可在棉纤维表面形成致密均匀的疏水性薄膜,而不会粘连纤维,同时可改善棉织物的拉伸断裂延伸性,但对拉伸断裂强力有一定的影响。The feasibility of emulsifying and dispersing hydrazine terminated polyurethane using polyacrylate emulsion containing ketone carbonyls as dispersion medium is analyzed. The hydrophobic properties of carbonyl hydrazine self-crosslinked polyacrylate/polyurethane composite emulsion are discussed, and the tensile properties, surface structure and chemical structure of cotton fabric modified by the composite emulsion are characterized. The results show that polyacrylate containing ketone carbonyl group and hydrazine terminated polyurethane can exist stably in the water dispersion system in the form of physical blending, and the crosslinking reaction occurs in the drying process. Carbonyl hydrazine self-crosslinked polyacrylate/polyurethane composite emulsion can form a dense and uniform hydrophobic film on the surface of cotton fiber without fiber adhesion, and can improve the tensile breaking elongation of cotton fabric, but has a certain impact on the tensile breaking strength.
