高效匀染修补剂PEB在分散染色中的应用

摘　　要：试验测试了高效匀染修补剂PEB的泡沫性、高温分散性、移染性、透染性和消色性,以溢流缸为例,介绍匀染修补剂PEB在生产实践中的主要应用。结果表明:PEB既可作为匀染剂,也可用于修补剂;作为匀染剂,特别适合用于提高易色花染料染色的一次成功率,也能用于改善高支高密面料染敏感色的边中色差问题;作为修补剂,可以用于蒽醌、杂环类大分子染料的色迹、色花的回修。The foaming property, high temperature dispersibility, migration property, dye penetrability and achromatism of high efficiency leveling and repairing agent PEB are tested. Taking overflow dyeing machine as an example, the application of leveling and repairing agent PEB in production practice is introduced. The results show that PEB can be used as both a leveling agent and a repairing agent. As a leveling agent, it is particularly suitable for improving RFT dyeing, and can also be used to improve the side to center color deviation of sensitive colors on high-count and high-density fabrics. As a repairing agent, it can be used for repairing the color spots with anthraquinone and heterocyclic macromolecular dyes.
