摘  要:为探讨α-烯基磺酸钠(AOS)改性对墨滴在天丝织物上铺展行为和颜色性能的影响,采用海藻酸钠(SA)和α-烯基磺酸钠对天丝织物改性,通过扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱和接触角仪对α-烯基磺酸钠改性前后织物的表观形貌、化学组成和润湿性能进行分析。结果表明,当AOS质量分数为3%时,喷墨印花的效果最好;天丝织物经AOS与SA改性后,表面形成了新的锯齿状膜结构,织物亲水性降低。AOS与SA填充了纤维间的孔隙,有效抑制了墨滴的铺展与渗透,提升了喷墨印花的图案效果。In order to investigate the effect of sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate modification(AOS) modification on the spreading behavior and color properties of ink droplets on Tencel fabric, sodium alginate(SA) and sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate modification are used to modify Tencel fabric. The apparent morphology, chemical composition and wettability of the fabric before and after the modification of sodium alpha-olefin sulfonate are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and contact angle analyzer. The results show that the effect of ink-jet printing is the best when the AOS content is 3%. After the modification of AOS and SA, a new serrated membrane structure is formed on the surface of Tencel fabric, and the surface hydrophilicity of the fabric decreases. AOS and SA fill the pores between fibers, which can effectively inhibit the spread and penetration of ink droplets, and improve the ink-jet printing pattern effect.
