蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯的制备及其在锦纶/氨纶针织物上的应用

摘　　要：制备了蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯乳液(COWPU),并将其应用于锦纶/氨纶针织物的整理,研究了蓖麻油(CO)用量及定形温度对织物性能的影响。结果表明:随着CO含量的提高,织物白度有所下降,但是力学性能优于未整理织物,透气性和拒水性能均有明显的改善。当CO质量分数为8%,定形温度为170℃时,整理织物的各项性能均较好。Castor oil modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion(COWPU) is prepared and applied to the finishing of nylon/spandex knitted fabrics, and the effects of castor oil(CO) concentration and setting temperature on the performance of the fabric are studied. The results show that with the increase of CO concentration, the whiteness of the fabric decreases, but the mechanical properties are better than those of unfinished fabrics,and the air permeability and water repellency are significantly improved. When the mass fraction of CO is 8%and heat setting temperature is 170 ℃, the properties of the finished fabric are good.
