摘  要:试验采用一种简单的氧化还原方法,合成了具有不同钾离子含量的δ-MnO_(2),测试了改性δ-MnO_(2)的物理与化学性质,以分析不同样品的甲醛去除性能差异的原因。研究发现,掺杂0.05 mol/L氯化钾溶液的δ-MnO_(2)对甲醛的催化性能最好,在36℃、甲醛初始质量分数为200 mg/kg的条件下,200 mg δ-MnO_(2)-5的甲醛去除率可达96.64%。采用浸轧方式将δ-MnO_(2)-5负载在棉织物上,发现负载在棉织物上的每毫克氧化锰去除甲醛的气体量是单独使用氧化锰粉末时的2.6倍。A simple oxidation-reduction method is used in the experiment to synthesize δ-MnO_(2). The physical and chemical properties of modified δ-MnO_(2)are tested to analyze the reasons for the difference in formaldehyde removal performance of different samples. It is found that δ-MnO_(2)doped with 0.05 mol/L potassium chloride solution has the best catalytic performance for formaldehyde, and the formaldehyde removal rate of 200 mg δ-MnO_(2)-5 can reach 96.64% at 36 ℃ and the initial mass fraction of formaldehyde is 200 mg/kg. The δ-MnO_(2)-5 is loaded onto the cotton fabric by padding method, and it is found that the amount of formaldehyde removal per milligram of manganese oxide loaded on cotton fabric is 2.6 times higher than that with manganese oxide powder.
