摘　　要：为促进脱水蔬菜产业健康发展,分析了鲁南地区临沭县的脱水蔬菜产业发展现状,指出了脱水蔬菜产业发展中面临的基地管理不规范、加工技术落后、产业人才短缺、行业融资渠道不畅、国际贸易风险大等问题,相应提出了提升栽培技术水平、强化质量监管体系建设,不断寻找发展机遇、积极开拓国内市场,完善行业融资渠道、加大财政扶持力度,成立行业管理协会、强化人才队伍建设,完善社会化服务体系、扶持行业龙头企业的对策建议,为临沭县及其他地区的脱水蔬菜产业健康发展提供参考。In order to promote the healthy development of the dehydrated vegetable industry, the development status of dehydrated vegetable industry in Linshu county of southern Shandong province was analyzed,and some problems in the development of dehydrated vegetable industry were pointed out, such as non-standard base management, backward processing technology, shortage of industrial talents, poor industry financing channels and big international trade risks, and so on. Accordingly, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, including improve the cultivation technology level and strengthen the construction of quality supervision system, constantly look for development opportunities and actively explore the domestic market, improve the financing channels of the industry and increase financial support, establish the industry management association and strengthen the construction of talent team, and improve the social service system and support the leading enterprises of the industry. It could provide references for the healthy development of dehydrated vegetable industry in Linshu county and other regions.
