摘 要:为了探索最适宜的叶绿素提取条件,优化叶绿素提取方法,本试验以159、158两个油菜品种作为研究对象,分析叶绿素提取过程中相关因素对其提取效率的影响。结果表明:研磨处理方式较未处理、剪碎2种处理方式更能充分地溶解植物体内的叶绿素;样本量为0.5 g时能有效减少油菜角果之间的个体差异;以95%乙醇作为提取液浸泡12 h最适宜,其提取的叶绿素含量相对较高。综合分析,在本试验条件下,0.5 g的样本量+研磨处理+95%乙醇浸泡12 h的提取方式较适合油菜角果叶绿素的提取。In order to explore the most suitable conditions for chlorophyll extraction and optimize the method of chlorophyll extraction,materials 159 and 158 were taken as the research object to analyze the influence of related factors on the extraction efficiency of chlorophyll extraction.The results showed that the chlorophyll in plants could be fully dissolved by grin-ding treatment compared with untreated treatment and cutting treatment.Under the conditions of this experiment,the extraction method of 0.5 g sample treated with grinding and soaked for 12 hours in 95%ethanol is more suitable for the extraction of chlorophyll from rape pods.
